Mole poblano is one of Mexico's national dishes. It's a sauce that contains about 20 ingredients, including chili peppers and cacao. The serving will include either chicken or potatoes, and red rice.

Spiciness: Rather mild.For some people it can be even a little bit sweet for its cacao contents.
