An alambre (literally a "wire" in Spanish.) is a Mexican variation of Shish kebab, consisting of grilled chicken with chopped bacon, peppers, onions, cheese and sauce, served in flour tortillas. Corn tortillas can be provided on request.

Vegetarians: Replace the bacon and chicken with champignons, cheese stays.
