A paste is a small pastry traditionally produced in the state of Hidalgo in central Mexico and in the surrounding area. The paste has its roots in the Cornish Pasty, introduced by miners and builders from Cornwall, United Kingdom who were contracted in the towns of Mineral del Monte and Pachuca in Hidalgo, from 1824. They are stuffed with a variety of fillings, for this delivery we'll have:

• • Champignons with cheese and spinach (veggie)

• Shredded Chicken in red mole (the sauce, not to be confused with the animal)

Price: 5 CHF per piece

Recommended serving: 2 to 4 pieces
