Chicken tostadas: A hard tortilla shell topped with chipotle flavored onion and shredded chicken, sour cream, lettuce and cheese. Hot chilli sauce à discrétion.

Veggie tostadas: A hard tortilla shell with a thin layer of beans, topped with cooked zucchini and chilli stripes in sour cream.

Beans, lettuce and fresh cheese are optional toppings for both.
