Pastel Azteca (Aztec Cake) is a Mexican dish whose look will remind you a lasagna. It's made out of corn tortillas and chicken (or zucchini if vegetarian) soaked into an slightly spicy red sauce, topped with sour cream and decorated with parsley (Petersilie) and onion. Beans will be provided as side dish.

Options: chicken, vegetarian (with cheese!).
