Cochinita pibil is a traditional Mexican slow-roasted pork dish from the Yucatán Peninsula of Mayan origin. The preparation involves marinating the meat in citrus juice, coloring it with annatto seed, and roasting the meat while it is wrapped in banana leaf.

There will also be a vegetarian version made out of soja.

All tacos will be served with rice a discretion, and accompanied with lemons, purple onion and habanero sauce.

Price: 7 CHF each, or 3 for 20 CHF

Price vegetarian: 6 CHF each, or 3 for 16 CHF
