A quesadilla is a tortilla filled with cheese, a savoury mixture, and/or vegetables, often cooked on a griddle, then folded in half to form a half-moon shape.

The filling for the wheat tortillas will be melted cheese and ham, and a pico de gallo mix will be provided as topping. Pico de gallo (literally the rooster's beak ) is a fresh, uncooked salad made from chopped tomato, onion, coriander leaves, chilies, salt, and lime juice.

The option for non meat-eaters is a filling of cheese and champignons.
