Thursday March 10th Burritos
Although burritos (literally little donkey) are one of the most well known examples of Mexican cuisine in the world, in Mexico they are only popular in the northern part of the country, and generally looked down in the rest of the Mexican regions.
A burrito consists of a wheat flour tortilla wrapped or folded into a cylindrical shape to completely enclose the filling (in contrast to a taco, which is generally formed by simply folding a tortilla in half around a filling, leaving the semicircular perimeter open). There will be two varieties:
Rice, beans and zucchini
Chicken: with rice and mole sauce
Order till: Wednesday March 9th
Delivery: Thursday March 10th
