This week we start a culinary trip through a series of lesser known yet good tasting Mexican recipes that are rarely served in restaurants or parties, as the are considered "home food"; that is, dishes that are only meant to be prepared and enjoyed at home.

A piece of chicken served on a chipotle and champignons cream. Rice and salad à discrétion.
