A paste is a small pastry traditionally produced in the state of Hidalgo in central Mexico and in the surrounding area. The paste has its roots in the Cornish Pasty, introduced by miners and builders from Cornwall, United Kingdom who were contracted in the towns of Mineral del Monte and Pachuca in Hidalgo, from 1824. They are stuffed with a variety of fillings, for this delivery we'll have:

  • Potato, ground beef and leek (Lauch)

  • Shredded Chicken in green mole

Cost per piece: 5 CHF

Recommended serving: 2 to 4 pieces

Order till: 20th May, noon
