Kill three birds with one stone:

This is one of the many variations of tacos. It is what factory workers used to eat sitting on a sidewalk of Mexico City's industrial areas at lunch time, true working class food yet tasty.

The fillings will be:

• • Beans' mousse (veggie)

  • Potato with chorizo

The only side is hot sauce.
