Friday 25th September Bisquets

A bisquet is a type of Mexican bread that looks similar to a roll. Some people say it is definitely a salty meal, while others may swear it's sweet. You decide. If it helps, think of them as Mexican bagels.

In Mexico it's not uncommon to eat them with hot chocolate, but this time we'll serve them as sandwiches, cut in half and filled with either:

• • Ham, philadelphia and chipotle

  • Refried beans, diced chilies and cheese

Note: this is hand and home made bread.
