9th April Tacos de Cochinita Pibil

Cochinita pibil is a traditional Mexican slow-roasted pork dish from the Yucatán Península of Mayan origin. The preparation involves marinating the meat in citrus juice, coloring it with annatto seed, and roasting the meat while it is wrapped in banana leaf.

All tacos will be served with rice a discretion, and accompanied with lemons, purple onion and habanero sauce.

Price: 7 CHF each, or 3 for 20 CHF
