A quesadilla is a tortilla filled with a mixture containing cheese, other ingredients, and/or vegetables, (often) then folded in half to form a half-moon shape. This variation will be made with flour (wheat) tortillas and contain cooked champignons , cooked onion, spices, and avocado sauce. Side dish: cabbage and carrots salad.

Price: 5 CHF each, or 4 for 18 CHF
